Rare example of this unique Gerald Genta REF G4010.4 Minute Repeating Tourbillon Perpetual Calendar with moonphase and leap year indication. An incredible complication and a true work of art.
Case is octagonal and in 18k yellow gold. Case, dial and movement are signed. Diameter of this piece measures 36mm. Stepped bezel. Sapphire crystal display caseback.
The dial on this timepiece is skeletonized with applied dot lume markers. Subdials for the month, moonphases and date complimented with subsidiary seconds and day combined with leap year indicator. Sword hour/minute hands that are luminous.
Movement is the Caliber GG24 Automatic jeweled nickel lever movement, stamped with the Geneva seal. Monometallic balance rotating with one-minute tourbillon carriage. Minute repeating on two-gongs. Engraved GG logo. An incredible illustration of craftsmanship.
Original GG strap with 18k gold screw set links holding the strap with GG double fold buckle. In mint condition with Box/Papers. Circa 1990.
