Here is an off beat Ebel 1911 which is produced in very limited numbers. This handsome watch has a grey dial with a subsidiary seconds display and date. In a world of black, silver or white dials, the grey is a very nice and versatile color. The case is classic Ebel - six sided with bezel screws and a combination of brushed and polished steel. The bracelet is amazingly comfortable. The movement is a Girard Perregaux Caliber 3000 base - an elite Swiss mechanism. That fact alone attests to the quality of this watch (and Ebel in general); the use of an elite movement as a base ebauche speaks volumes about Ebel's level of watchmaking.
Steel case is 38mm in diameter by 9mm thick. Watch is brand new with box and papers. Retail is $2800.
