Here is, in my opinion, the most classic and most versatile Rolex ever: Datejust with silver pie pan dial with stick markers on a Jubilee bracelet. Caseback engraving shows production of this watch is third quarter 1969.
Dial is silver with stick hour markers. This is the most desirable of vintage dials - the Pie Pan - where the edge of the dial slopes away from the main surface. This dial shows some spotting.
Case is stainless steel and is 36mm diameter. Acrylic crystal. Screw down caseback and crown ensure water resistance to 100 meters. Case is unpolished and has its full metal.
Movement is very clean and running strong. Rolex automatic winding Caliber 1570 which is a 26 jewel C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer.
Bracelet is a Rolex Jubilee with production date of February 1970. Featuring rounded links and a very nice vintage clasp. Bracelet will fit up to a 7.5 inch wrist.
This watch is all original and very attractive.
