Ladies' chronograph watches usually get short shrift when it comes to the movement. Breguet, however, feels differently. This Type XX Transatlantique features a column wheel construction, automatic winding and flyback capability (where the chronograph seconds hand flies back to zero with a puch of the 4 o'clock button). Breguet takes their chronographs seriously, and it's commendable that they spread that respect to their ladies' models as well (something many brands do not). In fact, they had to develop a unqique movement, which is smaller than the men's equivalent caliber, given the smaller lady's size case.

The bezel on this watch features 49 brilliant cut and top quality Breguet factory diamonds and one sapphire stone at the 12 o'clock position.

Stainless steel case measures 33.5mm diameter by 12mm thick. Domed sapphire crystal front and solid, engraved and srewed caseback. The case is water resistant to 100 meters, making it a take-anywhere and do-anything watch that handles all activities and wardrobe choices with aplomb. The sides of the case features ornate channeling. Screw down crown and round pump style chronograph pushers.

Dial is mother of pearl with pyramid hour markers and luminous arabic numerals and hands. The chronograph subdials are sunken into the dial and traced in white gold to rich effect. The chronograph features 30 minute and 12 hour totalizer subdials.

Movement is the automatic winding Breguet Caliber 550 with 38 jewels, 42 hour power reserve and column wheel construction of the chronograph.

Steel bracelet is top quality, robust and elegant at once, with Breguet signed invisible clasp.
