wow! wOw! WoW! WOW! This watch is nice! All original, solid 18k gold case and Oyster bracelet, vintage Rolex Cosmograph Daytona reference 6263 with original, perfect condition black Paul Newman or “exotic” dial.
Original Oyster case is solid 18k yellow gold with dimensions of 37.5mm diameter by 13.5mm thick. Other case attributes: acrylic crystal, “Units per Hour” bezel with scale from ‘50’ to ‘200’, screw down crown and screw down pump style chronograph pushers (all operating perfectly). Inside case back is stamped ‘6263’. Everything is original and mint.
Serial number 6126XXX dates production to 1979.
Original movement is the manual winding Rolex chronograph Caliber 727 with 17 jewels and adjusted to three positions. Movement features column wheel chronograph construction.
Original black and contrasting cream/gold color sub dials and minutes/seconds chapter. This is the “Paul Newman” dial, also known as an “exotic” dial. Dial and hands are original and in perfect condition.
Bracelet is solid 18k Rolex riveted Oyster with 12 links. Bracelet is in mint condition with no stretch.
