ROLEX 16800 SUBMARINER STEEL

Here is one of the last produced reference 16800 Submariners, complete with its box and papers and even the hang tag. The stainless steel 40mm case is in mint condition with its full metal. The screw down crown and bezel work as desired. The black dial features applied luminous hour markers and hands and provides a date display at 3 o’clock. The automatic winding Rolex Caliber 3135 inside is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer and has a quick set date. The original stainless steel Oyster bracelet has 11 links and folding clasp.

This watch has the serial number R247XXX which dates it to 1988, the very last year of 16800 production, making it quite a rare watch from the last of the production of this already rare model.

This vintage Submariner will be delivered with original box and papers and hang tag.
