Description
Here is a very attractive and 100% original and untouched vintage Rolex Daytona reference 6263 in 14k gold on original 14k Rolex riveted Oyster bracelet with original black dial. Manufactured circa 1973/74, properly cared for, this watch will run for another 75 years easily. Imagine how much it will be worth by then!
Original case is 14k gold and measures 37.5mm diameter by 13.5mm thick. Original screw down crown and screw down chronograph pushers are all working as they should. Crystal is acrylic. Original bezel is in excellent condition as is the original insert.
Original black dial with applied golden hour markers and golden text and original golden hands is a beautiful thing to behold. The dial is untouched, yet remains in perfect condition. The original hands are in mint condtion. The subdial hands are blackened to provide legibility against the gold colored subdials.
Original manual winding Rolex column wheel chronograph Caliber 727 with 17 jewels. Movement is clean and running fine. All chronograph hands reset crisply and accurately to their zero positions.
Rolex riveted Oyster bracelet in 14k gold with date code 7-72, which shows that this bracelet is native to this watch. Bracelet has 12 links and will fit up to a 7.75 inch wrist.
