Description
At 35mm in diameter, this was a large sized men’s watch back in the 1950s. It’s still the perfect size for a daily watch or a dress watch, for either a man or a woman.
The 18k gold case has simple lines and at 9mm thick it will fit comfortably below shirt sleeves. The crystal is domed acrylic and the case back is a snap back.
Dial is original and untouched, silver in color with a lightly brushed finish, with applied golden hour markers, subsidiary seconds dial and all original golden hands – dauphine hands for the main time and a very slender baton hand for the seconds.
Movement is the manual winding Patek Philippe Caliber 12-120’’’ with 18 jewels and adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and in 5 positions.
Watch is in excellent original condition, on a new modern brown Patek Philippe strap with 18k Patek Philippe buckle.
