The solid platinum case measures 38mm diameter by 14.2mm thick. The crystal is domed sapphire. Case back is solid with brush finish and secured by 8 screws. The rest of the case is finished with mirror polish. This watch is in mint+ original never polished condition.
The dial on this watch is solid gold with white lacquer. Dial features sunken subdials traced in white gold, with white gold baton hands and index hour markers. The top subdial displays months and the leap year cycle; 3 o’clock subdial displays date and chronograph 30 minute totalizer; subdial at 6 o’clock displays moon phase and seconds; 9 o’clock subdial displays day and 12 hour chronograph totalizer. The moonphase display is blue with gold moon. It’s evident upon inspection that this dial is extremely high quality.
Movement is the automatic winding Vacheron Constantin Caliber 1136 QP with 37 jewels and beating at 21,600 vibrations per hour.
