Let me start by saying that this vintage Datejust is both rare and beautiful. The reference 6304 was made in very small numbers back in the 1950s, and only in 18k gold. In rose gold, Rolex probably made only a handful of pieces. Rose gold has an inimitable warmth and color tone, and this watch is a little slice of rose gold heaven.

Original Oyster case is solid 18k rose gold and measures 35mm diameter by 13.4mm thick. Watch case is signed “BREVET + 6304” and “MODELE DEPOSE” along with the 998XXX serial number. Crystal is acrylic. Bezel is smooth. The case back is lightly engraved with a signature.
Original silver dial features applied rose gold hour markers and sword style original hands. The date wheel alternates between black and red color numbers, which is known as a “roulette” date. The date window is framed in rose gold. Dial proudly displays the watch’s Officially Certified Chronometer status.
Original and clean Rolex automatically winding movement with 18 jewels. Movement is operating well and is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer.
New leather strap with Rolex buckle.
