Description

The Hublot Big Bang chronograph was a smash hit the day it arrived at Hublot dealers. The watch offers a lot for its price, and arguably started the modern trend toward black watches being all the rage. This is the Black Magic Hublot model 301.CX.130.RX, and this watch is like new and complete with box and papers.

Case is a massive 44.5mm diameter by 14.7mm thick. The case is made from the advanced materials of ceramic and Kevlar. The black bezel is ceramic with exposed screws. The front and display back crystals are both sapphire. The crown and chronograph pushers are stainless steel with notched Kevlar inserts for good grip while starting and stopping the chronograph or setting the time. Case is water resistant to 100 meters.

Dial is black with large applied numerals and hour markers. The hands are skeletonized with inlaid luminous. The chronograph seconds hand is red and there is a red minutes chapter at the edge of the dial. Subdials are for constant seconds, chronograph 30 minute and 12 hour totalizers. Date window between the 4 o’clock and 5 o’clock positions.

Movement is the automatic winding Hublot Caliber HUB 44 with 25 jewels and impressive column wheel construction. The winding rotor is skeletonized and signed Hublot Geneve.

Strap is rubber with black Hublot deployant clasp and will fit up to an 8 inch wrist.

Watch is like new with box and papers.
