PATEK PHILIPPE 5339 R MINUTE REPEATER TOURBILLON 18K ROSE

Patek Philippe designed this new 2011 reference 5339R with their iconic reference 3939 not far from their thoughts. Featuring white enamel dial, hobnail bezel, minutes repetition and tourbillon the 5339R is a grand complication with visual aplomb. This is a superstar watch and its investment potential is unlimited.

The solid 18k rose gold case is 36.4mm in diameter. The watch is delivered with sapphire crystal display back mounted and second solid 18k rose gold case back. The straight lugs and hobnail bezel combination is a great visual touch. Large rose gold winding crown. The repeater slide is on the left side of the case and is solid rose gold. A great deal of engineering and horological experience go into designing and building a watch case that delivers optimal sound for the minute repeater. A Patek Philippe minute repeater is like listening to an orchestra in a symphonic hall. They have no peers.

Dial is white enamel with applied rose gold baton hour markers. Rose gold hands are feuille style. Subsidiary seconds dial. Dial is subtle and perfect for this wristwatch. Dial attests that it is enamel and inside the seconds subdial has “TOURBILLON” along with the movement’s serial number.

Movement is the manual winding Patek Philippe Caliber R TO 27 PS with 28 jewels, 12 bridges, beating at 21,600 beats per hour, with 48 hours (maximum) power reserve and with 336 individual parts. This movement is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer.

Strap is hand-sewn brown Patek Philippe alligator with 18k rose gold deployment clasp.
