Description
Vintage Rolex Day Date “President” watches have really caught on and become popular over the past couple of years. There are thousands of yellow gold vintage Day Dates for each white gold vintage version. This one has an original blue vignette dial (also called “degrade”) which is stunning.
Original never polished mint solid 18k white gold case with fluted white gold bezel, plastic crystal and white gold screw down crown operating perfectly. Case is not only never polished, it’s also very clean and mint.
Original blue vignette diamond dial with full day on display and date at 3 o’clock. Vignette dials start lighter in color in the center and darken toward the edges. Rolex has offered plenty of interesting and exotic dials over the years, but none are nicer than the vignette.
Original automatic winding Rolex Caliber 1556 with 26 jewels and adjusted to temperature and in 5 positions. Movement is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer and is in immaculate condition and running well.
Bracelet is solid 18k white gold Rolex President with invisible clasp, in mint condition, with minimal stretch. |
