Description
Here is a guaranteed authentic and original vintage Rolex Cosmograph Daytona with Paul Newman dial.
Original stainless steel case measures 37.5mm diameter by 13.5mm thick. Crystal is plastic. Original bezel features engraved Units per Hour scale from ‘50’ to ‘200’. Original screw down crown and round pump style chronograph pushers are all working perfectly. Case is in mint condition.
Original black Paul Newman (or “exotic”) dial featuring the characteristic contrasting color subdials and ring around the edge of the dial with applied hour markers. Dial is signed “ROLEX COSMOGRAPH” and “DAYTONA” in red arching over the lower subdial. Dial is original and untouched as are the hands.
Original movement is the Rolex manual winding Caliber 722-1 with 17 jewels. This chronograph caliber features column wheel construction. Movement is in perfect condition and is running strong.
Rolex Oyster bracelet 78350 with 13 links in near mint condition with zero stretch.
