Description
Vacheron Constantin is the longest continually operating Swiss watch manufacturer. The brand long ago attained elite status. The sports watches Vacheron has turned out over the years all share bold styling, exemplary fit and finish, and top quality everything.
Case is tonneau shaped, in stainless steel, with large bezel, large crown and rectangular chronograph pushers, sapphire crystal, and mirror polished finish. Dimensions are 52.5mm long by 36mm wide by 13.3mm thick.
Bracelet is equally massive. Links alternate brushed and polished surfaces. The brushed surfaces of the bracelet provide excellent contrast to the mirror polished bezel. Bracelet will fit up to an 8.25 inch wrist.
This watch screams quality and refinement!
Silver dial has large arabic numerals, three sunken subdials, Big Date display and large sword hands with inlaid luminous. Subdials provide constant seconds, chronograph 30 minute totalizer and chronograph 12 hour totalizer. There are a few red flourishes on the dial also.
Movement is the in-house automatic winding Vacheron Constantin Caliber 1137 with 37 jewels and beating at 21,600 vibrations per hour. Given Vacheron’s commitment to quality, this hand finished movement is the very best of chronograph movements.
