Here is a highly interesting and rare vintage Rolex Day Date from 1975 with original black Tiffany & Co. dial. This solid gold reference 1807 Day Date is on an 18k Rolex Jubilee bracelet in excellent condition. Black dial Day Dates are rare, and with a black original Tiffany & Co. co-signed dial, this President is highly collectable.
Original solid 18k gold case features fluted bezel, screw down crown operating perfectly, and plastic crystal. Case measures 36mm diameter by 12mm thick. Condition is near mint.
Original black Tiffany & Co. co-signed pie pan dial with large applied golden hour markers and golden baton hands. Hour markers are unusually shaped. Full day on display at 12 o’clock and date at 3 o’clock. This dial is in mint condition. Black dials on Day Dates are unusual.
Original automatic winding Rolex Caliber 1556 with 26 jewels and adjusted to 5 positions and temperature. Movement is immaculate and operating strongly. This movement is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer.
