One of the earliest limited edition Royal Oaks, this City of Sails Be Happy is a genuine rarity. It is the original City of Sails Royal Oak, produced in 2000 in 300 watches only to commemorate the America’s Cup team. The blue dial is, well, such a happy bright color. A collector’s dream and the perfect choice in wristwatches.
Original titanium and stainless steel Royal Oak case, with all the famous Royal Oak appointments like the integral bracelet with distinctive links, the octagonal bezel with exposed structural screws, octagonal screw down crown, dial with Clous de Paris engraving and 100 meters water resistance. Diameter is 39mm and quite thin for an automatic watch.
Original blue dial with yellow hour markers and hands and white subdials with date.
Movement is the automatic winding Audemars Piguet in-house caliber 2385 which is clean and running.
Bracelet is the legendary Royal Oak integral with steel and titanium links and safety closure.
