CHRISTMAS 1917 There is a thicker hinged outer case back with case number 403XXX and Patek logos and hallmarks on the inside surface and the Greek Key motif repeated on the outside edge. Case dimensions are 46mm diameter by 10.3mm thick. Dial is original and untouched gold with engraved roman numerals, outer minutes chapter and guilloche in the center. Original blued pomme hands and subsidiary seconds dial with original blued hand. Dial is signed PATEK, PHILIIPE & CO GENEVA, SWITZERLAND. Movement is manual winding with 18 jewels and with 8 adjustments and is signed PATEK, PHILIPPE & Co GENEVA SWITZERLAND. Movement is immaculate and running.
