Description
Patek Philippe took one of their nicest Calatravas and turned it into a special edition watch for the Japanese market in the 1990s with this model 3919 SG in 18k white gold, with special display back, and applied white gold roman numerals on the white porcelain dial.
Case is 18k white gold with dimensions of 33.5mm diameter by 7.1mm thick. Bezel is the classic Hobnail style, which has the functional purpose of deflecting scratches. Sapphire crystal and caseback with sapphire display back whereas the regular production 3919 had a solid case back..
Movement is the manual winding Patek Caliber 215 PS with small seconds, 18 jewels, 5 bridges, Gyromax balance, 44 hour power reserve, 130 individual parts, and stamped with the Geneva Seal.
