Description
Here is a very clean and early vintage Rolex Submariner reference model 5508 from 1959. Collectable and wearable.
Original stainless steel case is mint with minimal wear and fat lugs. Original bezel with original bezel insert. Original screw down crown operating well. Domed plastic crystal. Case dimensions are 38mm diameter by 12.8mm thick. Case back date code is ‘III 59’.
Original black Rolex dial with gilt printing and chapter ring with some lacquer crazing. Original hands.
Original automatic winding Rolex Caliber 1530 with 26 jewels, in excellent clean and running condition.
This mint condition vintage Submariner will be delivered on new custom rustic leather strap with steel Rolex buckle.
