Description
Here is a watch that is as rare as it is beautiful. The Patek Philippe Aquanaut is a popular luxury sports watch - and while 99% of Aquanauts are stainless steel on a rubber strap, this one is solid 18k gold on a crocodile strap with folding 18k Patek deployment buckle. Despite its 1999 production, this watch is in new condition. The gold case and black dial complement one another perfectly.
Solid 18k gold case with the iconic Aquanaut bezel and massive sculpted lugs, with finish alternating between mirror polished and brushed surfaces, and with dimenstions of 36.5mm diameter by 8.5 thick. Sapphire crystal. Crown and massive 18k case back screw down for water protection.
Original untouched black dial with applied golden roman numerals and date at 3 o'clock. Sweep center seconds hand, and hour and minutes hands are golden and have inlaid luminous.
Movement is the automatic winding Patek Philippe Caliber 330/194 with 30 jewels, 21k gold winding rotor and stamped with the Geneva Seal.
Strap is new black crocodile with 18k Patek deployment clasp.
Watch is in new condition and will be delivered with Patek box and Extract from the Archives.
