Description
Here is a very attractive and 100% original vintage Rolex Cosmograph Daytona reference 6263 in 14k gold on 14k Rolex riveted Oyster bracelet. This timepiece received a Rolex factory service in March 2013 and includes the Rolex service card. Properly cared for, as this watch has been, it will run for another 75 years easily. Imagine how much it will be worth by then!
Original case is 14k gold and measures 37.5mm diameter by 13.5mm thick. Original screw down crown and screw down chronograph pushers are all working as they should. Crystal is plastic. Original bezel has sharp edges and has the original insert.
New black Rolex dial with gold subdials, applied golden hour markers and golden text and golden hands is a beautiful thing to behold. New Rolex hands. Luminous on hands and dial is bright white which looks great.
Original manual winding Rolex column wheel chronograph Caliber 727 with 17 jewels. Movement is in perfect condition as can be expected after its recent Rolex service, and is running fine. Chronograph hands reset crisply and accurately to their zero positions.
Rolex riveted Oyster bracelet in 14k gold with its full 13 links and folding clasp.
Watch is in mint condition and very pleasing to the eye as well as highly collectable.
