There is no more handsome watch in the world than a gold Sub. Truly majestic and obviously prestigious. The 16808 Submariner is a true transitional model, introducting both the sapphire crystal and quickset date to the Submariner. As for the nipple dial, these are getting very hard to find on 16808s. Take a look, and you will find the later dials with the regular luminous.
Solid 18k gold case measures 40mm diameter by 12.7mm thick. The condition of this case is mint+. Original deep blue bezel insert. Being a Submariner the watch is water resistant to 300 meters (1000 feet) and features a sapphire crystal and screw down crown.
