Description
The Day Date is Rolex’s top of the line watch. Displaying the day of the week below 12 o’clock and the date at 3 o’clock, this model became known as the President because the watch was worn by numerous American Presidents. The blue dial is not common and looks great, offering a both sporty and elegant look.
This watch received a full Rolex service in 2013 and has its Rolex service card, Rolex box, hang tag and booklet.
Original 18k gold case features sapphire crystal, solid gold fluted bezel, original 18k screw down crown operating perfectly and massive 18k screw back. Case is in mint, full metal condition with 36mm diameter and 12.4mm thick.
Original, untouched, and rare radially brush finished blue dial with applied golden baton hour markers and golden baton hands. Day beneath 12 o’clock and date at 3 o’clock.
Original automatic winding Rolex Caliber 3055 with 27 jewels and adjusted in 5 positions and to temperature. Movement is clean, running, and is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer.
