Description
Tropical mint+ condition vintage Big Crown Submariner 6538 from 1958. It doesn’t get better than this.
Original mint+ stainless steel case with dimensions of 38mm diameter by 15.7mm thick, with domed plastic crystal, original screw down crown (operating perfectly) and original bezel. Serial number of this watch is 383XXX dating production to 1958.
Original untouched four line Tropical brown gilt chapter dial. Dial is literally in perfect condition as are the original hands.
Original movement is the automatic winding Rolex Caliber 1030 with 25 jewels and adjusted for five positions and temperature. Movement is clean and running and is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer.
Bracelet is riveted Rolex Oyster with fold-over clasp.
