Around here, we never tire of the Rolex Day Date, also known as “The President”. There’s nothing not to love about such a nice watch. All 18k gold, built like a tank, looks fantastic on the wrist (or any and everywhere else), with that famous name “Rolex” on the dial, and in this instance with the desirable rare Mahogany Wood dial. And you’ll be surprised just how convenient it is to have the full day on display, along with the date.
The Day Date is water resistant to 100 meters thanks to its Oyster case. The crown screws down and the crystal is sapphire, making the watch all but impervious to water and dirt intrusion. It’s obviously solid 18k gold, and if you like gold then this watch is the ultimate daily watch for you. Diameter is 36mm and it’s also got a solid 18k fluted bezel. The case sides are mirror polished, as is the bezel, while the tops of the lugs are brush finished.

Movement is the Rolex automatic caliber 3155 with 31 jewels. Movement is functioning perfectly and is a C.O.S.C. Chronometer. Both the day and date displays are settable with the crown (double quick set).
