Original 18k gold case in mint+ condition with square chronograph pushers, original crown, domed acrylic crystal, snap-back, downwardly curving lugs and smooth bezel. Diameter is 33mm by 12mm thick.
Original untouched Tiffany & Co co-signed silver dial with applied golden Breguet numerals, original golden feuille hands and blued chronograph hands, two sunken subdials, tachymetre scale and seconds chapter.
Original Patek Philippe Caliber 13’’’ with 23 jewels, adjusted to 8 positions, and swan-neck regulator. Movement features column wheel construction and is clean and running.
