Description
Here is a vintage Daytona that truly offers everything that a collector can want: deeply tropical brown dial in mint condition case with original screw-down pushers and the desirable black bezel that makes the 6263 the most desirable Daytona. This watch absolutely “pops” on the wrist.
Original stainless steel case is 38mm in diameter with bezel with sharp edge and clean, original black insert. Screw down chronograph pushers and crown all working correctly. Plastic crystal. Serial number 3509XXX dates production to 1972.
Original untouched Deep Brown (originally black) Tropical dial in mint condition with original intact luminous plots, applied hour markers and original hands. Absolutely one of the nicest Tropical dial we have seen anywhere.
Original Rolex Caliber 727 movement with 17 jewels and adjusted to 3 positions, with column wheel construction. Movement is pristine and running.
Watch is on custom blue strap with steel Rolex buckle. Watch is in mint condition and is a truly beautiful and highly collectable vintage timepiece.
