We are proud to offer this exceptionally special watch, mint original condition Rolex “Steve McQueen” orange hand Explorer II reference 1655, co-signed Tiffany & Co. and with fresh 2015 Rolex service and Rolex Service papers.
Original stainless steel case is clean and has bezel with 24 hour scale, plastic crystal and screw down crown operating perfectly. The Explorer II is designed with cave explorers in mind. Spelunking is cave exploring where the explorers go deep underground, often for days at a time. The Explorer II provides the orange 24 hour hand and 24 hour bezel, so that in an absolute absence of light, the explorers can stay on their sleeping and waking schedule.
Original untouched Rolex and Tiffany & Co. black dial with uniform and pleasing patina across the luminous markers and original hands. This is the earlier 1655 dial, in mint condition. The Tiffany & Co. signature shows that the watch was retailed by Tiffany originally.
Original movement is a 26 jewel automatic winding Rolex caliber, adjusted to five positions and temperature. This movement is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer. Given the 2015 Rolex service, the movement is in perfect running condition.

Watch will be delivered with Rolex box and service papers.
