Description
The Patek Philippe reference 130 chronograph is the quintessential two register chronograph. There has never been a nicer, more balanced and classically designed chronograph than the 130. The proportions of the dial and case are without peer. This watch in 18k rose gold with exceptionally rare and original rose colored dial is an eminently investable and important timepiece. In fact, only 9 examples of a reference 130 chronograph in rose gold with rose roman dial are known to exist.
Original 18k rose gold case in mint condition with square chronograph pushers, original crown, domed acrylic crystal, snap-back, downwardly curving lugs and smooth bezel. Diameter is 33mm by 11mm thick.
Original rare untouched rose color dial with applied roman numerals and baton markers, original golden baton hands and blued chronograph hands, two sunken subdials, tachymetre scale and minutes/seconds chapter.
Original Patek Philippe Caliber 13’’’ with 23 jewels, adjusted to 8 positions, and swan-neck regulator. Movement feautures column wheel construction and is clean and running.
Strap is unworn leather strap with vintage 18k Patek tang buckle.
