The Rolex reference 16758 GMT Master is a true transitional model, which introduced the new Caliber 3075 with 28,800 vibrations per hour (versus 19,800 for the previous Caliber 1575) and the quickset date feature. The reference 16758 also has a sapphire crystal - the first time that Rolex fitted a GMT with the sapphire crystal. Never polished 18k gold case has the original Rolex Jubilee bracelet with invisible clasp. Case is 40mm diameter by 12.2mm thick. Screw down crown operates smoothly. Case is in perfect condition and has its full metal and fat lugs. Dial is black with applied "nipple" or "pyramid" markers and date at 3 o'clock. Dial is all original and in perfect condition. Rolex automatic winding Caliber 3075 has 27 jewels and is adjusted to 5 positions and temperature and is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer. Movement is clean and running. Never polished mint++ condition on this vintage GMT!
