Rolex keeps their creative side limited to the Day Date and Daytona models. We love these 1960’s Day Dates with textured case finishes. This 1803 features a Moire pattern finished 18k gold 36mm case. What is really unusual, is that the Moire pattern is repeated on the dial. This watch is so vintage-trendy that it’s irresistible. Another very cool feature on this watch is the original Lance style hands and double markers at 6 o’clock and 9 o’clock. Full day on display along with the date. Rolex automatic winding Caliber 1555 with 25 jewels and adjusted to temperature and in 5 positions. Movement is clean and running. Serial number 721XXX dates production to 1961. Watch is in mint+ condition on new, unworn Patek Philippe strap with Rolex buckle. This is a GREAT vintage Day Date which makes a big fashion statement.
