Rolex watches are always extremely dependable timekeepers with the most rugged movements in the business. Time has shown us that they are almost without exception excellent investments. Rolex is a fairly conservative company in their approach to most matters. Every so often, however, Rolex creates an outlandish version of one of their iconic models. I can’t think of a cooler, more outstanding Rolex watch than this Rainbow Daytona. It’s over the top; it’s beyond attractive; it’s also just plain fun.

Watch is new and factory protective plastic is intact and never removed. Case is 18k white gold with 56 diamonds inset along the top of the lugs and throughout the crown guards, and the bezel has 36 baguette sapphires across the color spectrum. It’s just beautiful. 40mm diameter with sapphire crystal and screw down crown and chronograph pushers.

Dial is black with applied diamond hour markers and subdials with an almost camouflage pattern in them. The central chronograph seconds hand and subdial hands are red while the main hands are oversized with inlaid luminous.

Movement is the automatic winding Rolex Caliber 4130 with 44 jewels. Rolex built the best chronograph caliber in the business, with both accurate timekeeping and ease of servicing in mind. This movement also incorporates Rolex’s considerable technological advancements since the caliber was introduced in the year 2000. Movement is also a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer.
