Case is massive at 42mm with sapphire crystal. Case back is designed to amplify the alarm and it is loud! The inner 24 hour ring does not turn so this watch does not function like a traditional world time watch. It does provide easy to read second time zone indication. Manual winding movement. Black alligator strap with 18k white gold tang clasp.
