Here is the newest generation of the Rolex Sea-Dweller and it’s outstanding. The Sea-Dweller is and always will be the most pure tool watch in existence. Built for the needs of deep water saturation divers, the Sea-Dweller, like the other Rolex models, has been steadily and incrementally improved over time.
This model 116600 is the latest Sea-Dweller and has a black ceramic bezel (Rolex calls it Cerachrom), which is highly scratch resistant. Gorgeous 904L stainless steel case is 40mm diameter with thick sapphire crystal, massive screw down crown and is waterproof to a minimum of 4000 feet/1220 meters.
Black dial with oversized luminous hour markers and hands and date window at 3 o’clock.
Rolex automatic winding C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer Caliber 3135 with blue Parachrom hairspring and 48 hour power reserve.
