The market has never been stronger for vintage Rolex Daytonas. The demand for perfect original vintage Daytonas is voracious. This particular watch is amazing. The tropical dial is uniformly brown and just spectacular. Mark 1 pushers, complete original box and papers set. Original steel case with original bezel with sharp edges and clean original insert. Screw down crown and Mark 1 chrono pushers all working perfectly. Plastic crystal. Dimensions are 38mm diameter by 13.8mm thick. Personalized case back engraving. Case is in mint/mint+ condition. Original untouched mint+ condition Tropical Brown dial with applied hour markers with adjacent INTACT luminous dots and contrasting subdials. Original hands. Original Rolex manual winding Caliber 727 with 17 jewels, adjusted to three positions and with column wheel construction. Movement is clean and running. Bracelet is Rolex folded Oyster in clean condition with 271 endlinks. Once again, this watch is amazing. Deeply tropical dial with Rolex box and original papers showing an original retail sale on February 16, 1973.
