Description
Here is a vintage watch with an oversized amount of charm. Original apart from the strap and buckle, this Tank-style wristwatch features a rectangular steel case with unusual 18k rose gold bezel and lugs.
Case is angular and softly curved at the same time. Original domed acrylic crystal fits into a thin pink gold bezel which sits atop a rectangular steel case with downwardly angled top horizontal surfaces and curved vertical top surfaces. Case bottom is ergonomically curved. Pink gold lugs. Case dimensions are 30.5 x 22mm x 9mm.
Original untouched silver dial has taken on a rich champagne patina. The thin pink gold case bezel is repeated on the dial, with a minutes chapter surrounding it, and inside are black graphics tracing arabic numerals and hour markers. The markers and numerals are gold colored, making this a coveted two-tone dial!
Manual winding Vacheron Constantin movement is clean and running.
Modern generic alligator strap and buckle. Condition is mint.
