You are looking at a legend. The 1518 was the first-ever pairing of the perpetual calendar and chronograph. Patek did it first and, to this day, they do it the best!
The 1518 was produced from 1941 through 1954 with only 281 watches made. This watch has the "long signature" dial which bestows an elegance to the watch unmatched by the alternative and much more commonly found shorter signature dial. |
