Designed by Bovet for Dimier, this incredibly complicated watch is limited to just 50 pieces. Bovet and Dimier are sister brands both owned by Pascal Raffy. Dimier was a movement manufacturer the current owner bought to supply the Bovet brand. This watch was designed to integrate functions both useful and practical for every day use.
The generously sized 18k rose gold case measures 48mm in diameter and larger than both the Recital 1 and 2. Push button on the right at the 2 o’clock allows you to select from one of 24 cities for your second time zone. Push button on the left at the 10 o’clock allows you to set the time for the second time zone.
The dial on this watch is very legible and easy to read. A main time zone is designated for local hours and minuets. A second time zone is with a day or night indication. Above at 12 o’clock is an aperture exhibiting a choice of one of 24 cities that is synchronized to the watches second time zone. There is a tourbillon in the center above 6 o’clock shaped to represent a lotus flower. Also visible are the bridge and seconds hand.
Movement of this watch is the Dimier DT7-OM. A combined use of two barrels makes this watch able to provide an astounding 7-day power reserve. Black alligator strap in great shape with 18k rose gold deployment clasp.
