GIRARD PERREGAUX REF 9985 VINTAGE TOURBILLON NEW W/BOX & PAPERS

Here is a timeless illustration of a Girard Perregaux Vintage Tourbillon referance 9985.  One of the best recent pieces made by Perregaux in my opinion. This is a watch to wear daily or dress it up for a special occasion. Did I mention it’s the perfect size? Not too big and not too small. There’s just a unique subtlety that makes this one so special.

Beautiful 18k white gold case and screw down crown.  Watch measures 34 X 37mm. The attention to detail with the elongated pyramid-like shaped lugs on both ends of the watch are just marvelous.

Featuring a gorgeous blue dial with visible tourbillon cage. The 12, 3 and 9 o’clock hour markers are silver and have a more modern look to them.  An overall simple dial that just works so well for this watch.   

The not often found automatic tourbillon movement featuring a self-winding Caliber 9610c motor with 32 jewels. Watch beats at 21,600 VPH displaying a lateral one-minute tourbillon regulator. Monometallic balance that’s adjusted to 6 positions with shock absorber and self-compensating Breguet Balance-spring.
