Jaquet Droz dates back watch making to 1738. He combined swiss watch making techniques with outside influences from places such as Spain. The more modern of the company’s creations still followed the same method, which attributes to their wide audience.
The case on this piece is Rose Gold featuring a tonneau shape hence the name of the watch. Measuring 38mm in dimension not including the crown and 11mm thick. Crown is a cabochon-sapphire set crown in rose gold.
Dial is dark gray featuring rose gold Roman numerals at the 12 and 6 o’clock positions. Subdial seconds at the 8 o’clock and second time zone at the 12 o’clock position.
Movement is the manual wind Caliber 7369 with 35-hour power reserve.
Black alligator leather strap with 18k rose gold deployment buckle. Excellent condition and working as new.
