Here is an unusual Patek Philippe model from the mid-1970s which is unusually good looking: the reference 3604 which is a Jumbo Ellipse with automatic movement. This case shape is called Cushion or TV Screen by collectors and Patek rarely used this case shape.
Dial is original and reveals the watch as a presentation watch from Saddam Hussein. The Iraqi leader's signature is on the dial along with the insignia of the Iraqi military.
Original 18k white gold case with dimensions of 36mm wide and long by 7mm thick. Sapphire crystal. Integral heavy textured original 18k white gold bracelet.
Original automatic winding Patek Philippe Caliber 28-255 movement with 36 jewels; balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and in 5 positions, and stamped with the Geneva Seal.
