Additional Information
You will never get closer to owning a brand new Patek 2499 than you will with this watch. This fourth series production 2499 is from 1984 and is in mint+ condition. The stepped lugs are as crisp and perfect as the day the watch left the factory.

Patek Philippe invented the pairing of the perpetual calendar with moonphase and chronograph complications. The Patek Philippe reference 2499 perpetual calendar chronograph is one of the most important wristwatches. It’s also one of the rarest, with production of only 349 watches from 1951 to 1985. The vast majority of 2499s have been permanently retired by collectors. If you have been considering the acquisition of a 2499, then this watch we are offering is an opportunity to own an mint+ example.

This 2499/100 dates to 1982. The 18k yellow gold case is 38mm in diameter by 14mm thick. Other case details are sapphire crystal, round “pump” chronograph pushers and large 18k winding crown. The fourth series production started in 1978 and its notable difference from the third series watches is the sapphire crystal.

Dial is 100% untouched original and perfect. Vibrant silver in color, with golden applied hour markers and gorgeous dauphine hands, the dial also has apertures for displaying the Day and Date below the 12 o’clock; subdial at 3 o’clock displays chronograph elapsed minutes; subdial at 6 o’clock displays moon phase and date; subdial at 9 o’clock displays the seconds.

Movement is the manual winding Patek Philippe Caliber with 23 jewels, adjusted in 8 positions, with self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan neck regulator, and stamped with the Geneva Seal.

This is an outstanding watch and unmatched opportunity to own the best of Patek horology.
