Here is a stunning example of a reference 3700/11A Nautilus. The Nautilus was the first luxury sports watch and was designed by the legendary Gerald Genta. Original 18k yellow gold and stainless steel case measures 42mm in diameter and is approx 8mm thick. This is a very thin case to be housing an automatic movement.
