Description
Roger Dubuis makes really, really nice watches. This 18k white gold case is oversized with clean lines, with dimensions of 42mm diameter by 14.5mm thick. Looking at the watch from the top, the lugs are straight. Looking from the side, the lugs curl downward, like the music notation for the Bass Clef. The dial is wonderful! There is a retrograde date indicator on the left of the dial and retrograde day indicator on the right of the dial. There is a week counter along the dial's periphery and a moonphase display under 12 o'clock. Subdial for months at 6 o'clock and a little aperture for leap year within the month subdial. The dial is mother of pearl and is a kaleidoscope of colors. Model number is HO43 5710.
Movement is a manufacture made automatic Caliber 5170 with 25 jewels and adjusted to 5 positions. This movement is stamped with the ultra-prestigious Geneva Seal.
