Description
Panerai watches don't get much nicer than the PAM 076. Produced in only 300 pieces, this Black Seal features a 44mm titanium case with a hinged steel case cover which closes over the front of the case. The case lid is a hand engraved scene depicting two Italian frogmen astride a military diving torpedo, sitting just above the ocean floor, cutting through a net. Very cool.
The case lid can be detached by means of a screw. The titanium case is water resistant to 50 meters. The finish of the case is up to the highest Panerai standards. The sides of the case lid are polished, while the rest of the case is brushed.
Dial is matte black with applied hour markers and a '6' and '12', all generously cotaed with luminous. Above the '6' is printed "Blackseal" and just above that is an applied figurine of the same frogmen and diving torpedo from the case lid engraving.
Movement is the Panerai automatic caliber OPIII with date. Power reserve of 42 hours, 21 jewels and a C.O.S.C. Certified chronometer.
Strap is a thick, hand sewn black crocodile with brushed titanium Panerai tang buckle.
