Description
This is an outstandingly clean and completely original vintage Rolex Cosmograph Daytona "Paul Newman" chronograph reference 6264 in stainless steel.
Original stainless steel case measures 38mm in diameter by 14.5mm thick. Acrylic crystal. Original screw down crown and pump style chronograph pushers operating perfectly. Original bezel and insert.
Case number 23729XX dates production to 1969/70.
Original Rolex chronograph caliber 727 is pristine and operating perfectly.
Original white "Paul Newman" dial is beautiful! "Daytona" in red across the top of the 12 hour chronograph totalizer.
Rolex reference 78350 Oyster bracelet has zero stretch.
