Description
The Tudor line of chronographs has always been the most sought after by Tudor collectors, as it shares many of the elements of its older and more (far moe) expensive cousin, the Rolex Daytona.
The watch we’re offering is the so called Tudor” Tiger” chronograph, Ref. 79280, which has been discontinued a while ago, since Tiger Woods no longer represents Tudor watches.
This of course, in the tradition of other Tudor chronographs, means that it has already become a collectors item and is bound to go up in value in the coming years, if not months.
This particular Tudor Tiger features an uncommon silver gey dial with “non-contrasting” silver sub dials, which adds a touch of elegance to this otherwise very masculin sports watch.
The solid 40mm stainless steel case features a stainless steel tachymeter bezel, screw-down chronograph pushers and a screw down crown, which helps seal the watch against water penetration of up to 100 m/330 ft ( please note that we do not guarantee water resistance on pre-owned watches).
The automatic movement is the Valjoux 7750, which has been the industry standard in terms of reliability and accuracy for years.
Overall, this Tudor Tiger chronograph is in 99.9% new condition and everything works flawlessly as you would expect.
