Here is an astounding example of the ultra-popular Rolex Explorer reference 1655 with the cool orange hand. This is a unique watch in the history of all Rolex sport watches, with its orange 24 hour hand and it's also the only Rolex model to ever use this dial and hands.
Original stainless steel case measures 38mm diameter by 14mm thick. The bezel has an engraved and brush finished 24 hour scale with black numbers. Screw down crown is operating perfectly. Acrylic crystal with cyclops. The case number is 5459XXX dates production to 1978. The case condition is mint ++ with full metal and sharp edges.
Original dial is in perfect, all original condition. There is a very pleasing and uniform patina to the hour markers and hands.
Movement is the 26 jewel automatic winding Rolex Caliber 1570, which is adjusted to five positions and temperature. This movement is a C.O.S.C. Certified Chronometer. Condition is clean and extra-mint. Movement is running strongly.
Bracelet is a Rolex Oyster bracelet reference 93150 with non flip lock clasp. Bracelet is full length with 13 links and will comfortably fit up to an 8.25 inch wrist. Bracelet is tight as new.
