ROLEX 6263 COSMOGRAPH DAYTONA 18K

This vintage Oyster Cosmograph Daytona reference 6263 is solid 18k yellow gold and also features a solid 18k gold Rolex Oyster bracelet with vintage style clasp.

Original 18k gold case is 38mm in diameter by 14mm thick. Acrylic crystal. Screw down chronograph pushers and crown all working properly. Case is in mint to mint plus condition with thick, even lugs. Original 18k bezel features a ‘50’ through ‘200’ Units per Hour scale on the original black bezel insert, which is also in mint to mint plus condition.

Serial number is 5951XXX which dates production to 1979.

Original movement is the manual winding Rolex Caliber 727 with 17 jewels and adjusted to 3 positions. This is a column wheel chronograph construction. Movement is pristine and operating perfectly. Chronograph resets to zero crisply and accurately.

Original dial is gold with applied golden hour markers and hands. Contrasting black sub dials. Original hands. Chronograph totalizers for 30 minutes and 12 hours.

Bracelet is 18k solid gold riveted Rolex Oyster with 12 links.
